Coach

Tara is a two-time USA Gymnastics Olympic Development Coach of the Year, USA Olympic Committee Development Coach of the Year, and multiple time Louisiana Coach of the year. She has helped produce multiple Youth Olympians, World Championships Medalists, USA National Champions, and Olympians.

Leader

The founder of Trampoline and Tumbling Express, Tara helped build the gym to the powerhouse it is today by bringing in multiple top level coaches and ensuring everything is focused on helping the athletes be their absolute best. Tara has since passed ownership of the gym onto Dmitri Poliaroush.
