Contract

Recreational Classes

$95 non-refundable registration fee/student due each year, prior to the start of the School Year Session.
Tuition and all other fees can be paid by cash, check, or credit card in the office or through our online portal here.

• Tuition is due by the first class of each month. If not paid on time, a $5 late fee will be applied to your account.

• All NSF checks will be charged $25

School Year Session (September through May)

• Nine (9) month contract

• Tuition is due regardless of attendance

• Regardless of the month your child enrolled, the contract must be honored through May and all tuition paid for the entire 9 month period

Summer Session (June through August)

• Tuition is a flat rate due prior to the first class date

• Students may choose whether they attend Summer Session or not

• Please note that specific classes can be switched at any time by contacting the office

Make-Up Classes

Actively enrolled students who miss a class are eligible for a makeup. Makeups will only be scheduled AFTER your child has missed his/her class.

Clients enrolled in month-to-month billing:

One makeup per month is allowed and must be scheduled within that month. In the event the missed class falls on the last week of the month, a makeup can be scheduled only in the first week of the following month.

Inclement Weather and other Acts of Nature

If the gym must close due to bad weather or acts of nature, there will be NO makeup classes.

Makeups can be scheduled in any class of the same level that has an opening. In the event it is not possible to schedule a makeup in an appropriate class, other arrangements will be made on a case by case basis. Makeups may not be rescheduled once booked. No exceptions to these policies.

Makeups are offered as a courtesy so please try to reserve your make-up class for an unexpected illness or an important schedule conflict as soon as possible. Makeup classes are not as effective as attendance in regularly scheduled classes. Uninterrupted attendance in scheduled class promotes learning and is highly encouraged.
